We got featured in Cambridge University Student Union’s 2018 yearbook, making it our 5th consecutive year appearing in the publication! While our sister school, Dwi Emas, got the main feature as a World-Class institute, the article highlights the teaching culture of both schools and their creative approach to education. Examples include how we incorporate gamification to make lessons relevant to our students.
A quick refresher to our dear readers, the Cambridge University Student’ Union (CUSU) yearbook is an annual publication that showcases global leaders and institutions that are making a significant difference in the field of education in line with Cambridge’s ideology. At the end of the selection process, this shortlist is decided by the professors at Cambridge University. CUSU is a union consisting more than 22,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of Cambridge aiming to advance the quality of education and welfare of its members through representation, service and support, and by campaigning on their behalf. Thus, this is not an award that any one institute can pay to win and we’re extremely honoured to be acknowledged by an institute that has its roots so deep in education.
To our parents, teachers, students, and everyone else involved with us in the ACE EdVenture journey, we would like to thank you for being with us all this while and the support you have given us throughout – We would never have gotten this far without all of you. To this, we say – “onwards!” as we have no intention of “taking five” but to push on even harder to deliver the best education possible for our students.
